Arena
The 100 by 200 foot sand arena is large enough for all disciplines. Cavaletti, jumps, and dressage letters are available for everyone. The arena is professionally installed for excellent drainage and the sand creates dust-free riding.
Training Loop
A 3/4-mile training loop surrounds the property. It has spectacular views of Blacksburg, great hills for training, and obstacles may be added for those wishing to try their hand at eventing or specialized trail riding.
Tackroom
All boarders have lockable tack closets in the tackroom- large enough for a couple of saddles, bridles, and necessary gear. No more “borrowing” and all of your things are just where you left them. Additional storage for out of season equipment is also available overhead or in the loft.
Washrack and grooming areas
Infrared heaters and hot water in the indoor washrack and grooming areas keep your hands warm while you work. It helps loosen cold-backs for your horse, too.
